Milan has a track record in financial structuring, design and implementation of various climate finance and clean energy facilities, programs and projects globally for or in collaboration with multiple international or local financial institutions in developing countries with both finance and technical background.
He possesses skills in actual small and large scale clean energy, waste, smart agriculture and forestry project/program management and provision of tailored advisory services aiming at capacity building of local financial institutions, companies.
He is an expert in identifying, analysing and structuring of projects in renewable energy and energy efficiency industries such as biomass, biogas, hydro, solar PV and CSP, wind, geothermal, EE in buildings, industrial EE, municipal/district energy, ESCO/EnPC sector, water etc. in corporate, SME, individual and microfinance sectors.
He also has a strong track record in managing internal and external teams as well as establishing and maintaining partnerships with key program stakeholders internationally – private, government, NGOs and donors.
