Louise is a Contract and Procurement Officer at UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, responsible for legal reviews and processes regarding external and internal contracts, procurement, project application and GDPR.
Before joining UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, Louise lived in Berlin and New York, where she worked as a science writer and journalist. On behalf of Danish news media, she reported on new scientific findings and projects related to climate and energy. While in New York, Louise was also a visiting scholar with Cornell University, conducting research in the environmental humanities with a focus on geoengineering and science fiction literature.
Louise holds an MSc degree in Law and Economics from Copenhagen Business School with a focus on climate change and international law.
