The Global Support Programme (GSP) is jointly implemented by UNDP and UNEP. It is in this context that UNEP DTU Partnership through UNEP provides technical assistance to a range of countries on different areas of NDC implementation.

Detailed consultancy activities:
- Organize a workshop in close collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Climate Change Department and UNEP DTU Partnership on national financial vehicles for NDC implementation in Kampala taking place in the last week of February 2020 with participation from experts in the region
- Facilitate and moderate the workshop
- Develop a workshop report with key findings from the different workshop sessions
Deliverables:
- Regional workshop on national financial vehicles for NDC implementation organized with support from the Climate Change Department and UNEP DTU Partnership
- Workshop report developed with key findings from the discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in climate finance or other relevant focus
- At least 3 years work experience in the area of climate change in Uganda
