UNEP DTU Partnership invites consultants to submit bids to develop a Concept Note for a project idea related to the Water Sector of São Tomé and Príncipe, specifically “Construction and Maintenance of Existing Dams and Water Reservoirs”, for submission to the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

About the assignment:
- The implementation period will be until 30 October 2021, starting from the day the contract is signed.
- The budget for the assignment is USD 20,000
- Payments will be based on deliverables, and final report (see the Terms of Reference for details)

All bids must be submitted electronically by 18:00 CET on 2 July 2021.
