UNEP DTU Partnership invites consultants to submit bids to develop a Concept Note for a project idea related to the Water Sector of Dominica, for submission to the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

About the assignment:
- The implementation period will be until 30 October 2021, starting from the day the contract is signed.
- The budget for the assignment is USD 20,000
- Payments will be based on deliverables, and final report (see the Terms of Reference for details)

All bids must be submitted electronically by 18:00 CET on 4 June 2021.
